About two years ago I met a Germany couple who had a holiday in Bali for one week, as a guide and tour private driver he asked me to make a tour to the eastern part of Bali, as usual we drove our car through the streets of Ida Bagus Mantra which is the fastest way to the east of Bali. We stop at Klungkung Kertagosa and walk-around at Klungkung Traditional Market, these tourist destinations are already widely known by the local and foreign visitor. Then we continued our journey (east) to the Goa Lawah /Bat Cave, this tourist destination has also been highly recognized by the visitor. We continue the journey towards the east to the Karangasem.

Sanur Beach is a historic beach because this beach is the place where the landing of the Dutch royal army when the Dutch attacked the territory of Badung during the colonial era.
Sanur beach was first introduced by an artist from Belgium named AJ Le Mayeur and his wife Ni Polok who settled in Sanur since 1937. With the establishment of the Bali Beach Hotel (now The Inna Grand Bali Beach) in 1963, the number of visitors to Sanur increasing, this hotel is the first hotel built in Bali.
